Pace Express is a Group
Concorde company which has over two decades experience in the forwarding
and airline representation business. We saw a great opportunity for
the Company to bridge the gap between the small forwarding agent and
the large MNC freight organisation through improved processes,
technology and reach.
The last decade paved the way for the establishment and successful
growth of MNCs. This resulted in increased customer expectations on
service standards which the small and the mid sized freight
forwarder has found increasingly difficult to match. Parallely, as
volumes and large accounts shifted to MNCs, it also resulted in
lower control on space with carriers and higher freight rates.
